Kevin Carleton entered the development & construction industry in 1979 starting with hands-on residential construction before transitioning to hands-on development infrastructure construction.

In 1986 Kevin formed his own development & construction company focusing on custom homes & residential developments. Accomplishments include numerous subdivision developments & the building of more than 100 homes. 

In the early 1990’s the company had grown considerably & added commercial construction to their scope of work. The Carleton team successfully completed numerous projects as a noted general contractor in the Southwest Missouri area.  

After their earlier successes the company’s focus turned to self-developed Carleton projects in the mid-1990’s. Kevin gathered a group of talented individuals & began to master plan, design, develop & build themed legacy style developments & properties. Every Carleton project has a dedication to distinctive, timeless design, landscaping & civic pride.
