More About Carleton Resources
While the company name Carleton Resources may be new, the man leading this fast-growing organization is certainly no stranger to Springfield or to the building development community. And while not many people or businesses can say they have been successful in their industry for over 34 years, Kevin Carleton is the exception.
Kevin began his building career in 1986 and thirteen years later had emerged as a leader in the building development community. By 2000, Kevin was leading an organization of affiliated companies who worked together in turnkey fashion to design, construct, manage and market residential and commercial properties. Kevin has worked with and gathered the best talent in the industry to compliment his hands-on approach to the development process. He has raised the bar and changed the landscape of real estate development by providing a positive, successful, rewarding experience for all involved.
Kevin touts an impressive resume of projects including the design and construction of Senator Roy Blunt’s residence while he was an area college president. He has led the way to develop, keep alive and master the Old World architecture and design that conveys elegance, tradition, quality and value. He successfully introduced and developed several commercial and residential communities of Old World architecture including Clairmont Commons, Bradford Place, Thornberry Place, Castlegate as well Little Sunshine’s Playhouse (daycare) and an IRS office building.
Amazing customer service, quality craftsmanship, an eye for the unique, being detail-oriented as well as civic pride are just a few of the reasons Kevin Carleton has been and continues to lead the way in the construction development industry.
